Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Agreement

Before starting any project, Raju Designer and the client will mutually agree on the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

2. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are **non-refundable** once the project has commenced.
• If a project is cancelled by the client before work starts, a refund (excluding processing fees) may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed work.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation via email within 3 days of placing an order. After that, the project is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

4. Project Delays

If the project is delayed due to lack of client response or content submission, no refund will be applicable. The project may be resumed later with mutual consent.
