3. Revisions

Minor revisions are included as per the project quote. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

4. Content

Clients are responsible for providing accurate text, images, and other content required for their project. We are not liable for copyright issues related to client-provided materials.

5. Delivery & Hosting

Project delivery timelines depend on client feedback and prompt content submission. We may assist in hosting setup, but server downtime or third-party hosting issues are beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or downtime resulting from website use, data loss, or third-party software integration.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client fails to provide content, communication, or payments within a reasonable timeframe.
