Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://rajudesigner.in and the engagement of services provided by Raju Designer ("I", "me", or "my"), located at Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Raju Designer offers freelance services including but not limited to web design and development, graphic design, logo design, digital marketing, SEO, web hosting, and website maintenance. The scope of each project is defined in the project brief or proposal agreed upon before work commences.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required before project work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files or website login credentials are handed over.
- For ongoing services (SEO, maintenance, hosting), payment is due at the beginning of each service period (monthly or annually as agreed).
- Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a delay in project delivery.
3. Project Revisions
- All projects include a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project proposal (typically 2-3 rounds).
- Revisions must be requested within the scope of the original brief. Changes that significantly alter the original scope will be treated as new requirements and quoted separately.
- Revision requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) with clear, consolidated feedback.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe
- Ensure all provided content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights
- Designate a primary contact person for the project
- Respond to communications within 48 hours to avoid project delays
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the completed website design and graphics created specifically for their project.
- I retain the right to display the completed project in my portfolio and use it for promotional purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Stock images, fonts, themes, or plugins used in the project remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
- Source files are provided only if explicitly agreed upon and quoted in the project proposal.
6. Website Hosting Terms
- Hosting fees are paid annually in advance. No refunds are issued for unused hosting periods.
- The client is responsible for backing up their data. While I provide backup services as part of maintenance plans, I cannot guarantee against data loss in all circumstances.
- I reserve the right to suspend hosting accounts that are used for illegal activities, spam, or that violate server usage policies.
7. Digital Marketing Services
- Digital marketing results, including SEO rankings and ad campaign performance, cannot be guaranteed as they depend on numerous external factors including search engine algorithms and market conditions.
- Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees. The client is responsible for funding their advertising accounts directly.
- Digital marketing agreements require a minimum commitment period as specified in the service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raju Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.
- If the client terminates mid-project, the advance payment is non-refundable. Work completed to date will be delivered upon receipt of payment for work done.
- I reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client engages in abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after the project is completed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
12. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
